All Dobyns rods purchased from an Australian retailer come with an unconditional warranty for the life of the original registered owner. No matter how you break it, we will replace it with a  brand new rod for $150 incl GST. (Please note that if you purchased your rod from a retailer outside Australia you will need to liaise with the place of purchase for warranties.)

To activate your warranty upon purchasing your Dobyns rod, please complete the following (refer to the back of the rod's swing tag for the serial number): 

Making a Claim

To access your replacement Dobyns rod you will first need to have activated your warranty upon purchasing the rod by submitting the form above. Should the rod break and a replacement rod be required, just cut the decal (the part of the rod that records the rod model) out of the broken rod and send it to the following address:

Please include your full name, best contact phone number and the address the replacement rod should be sent to. Note that a physical street address is required (PO boxes are not accepted) and there will need to be someone at the address to receive and sign for the delivery during regular business hours. Upon receipt of your decal we will contact you to advise an ETA of your replacement rod and organise payment of $150.
