Features
EGI-OH SEARCH is the highest appeal model with the STROBE FIN which generates a rolling action on the hop and the Search rattle generates an audible sound for squid to pick up. The flat sided body flashes strongly and attracts squid. The audible sound from the Search rattle is effective to search a wide area efficiently.
The functions for a strong appeal

STROBE FIN
The STROBE FIN which is put on the back of the EGI helps it to roll (and flash) on the hop. This allows the side foils to flash and appeal to the eyes of surrounding squid. The EGI still has a perfcetly balanced and stable posture when sinking.

Flat sides
The flat sides of body reflect the light strongly after the rolling action generated from the STROBE FIN.

Search Rattle
The sound level with the rattles are around 600Hz and it's the ideal level for squid to pick it up.

A little faster sink rate
Its sink rate is faster than the nomal EGI so we can search deeper water more efficiently.

NEONBRIGHT
Keimura body (U.V. Body) usually reflects in the blueish light wavelength.
But the light wavelength variation in this new series “NEON BRIGHT” are not only blue but also red and green.

490GLOW
For many years squid anglers all over the world have used jigs equipped with glow material. Now, research shows the best wavelength of visible light for squid is 490 nm. This is a tuned glow of 490 nm which YAMASHITA discovered with the research from a leading Japanese university is the best glow color for the squids eyes to detect. "Glow of 490 nm wavelength is most perceivable for squid.
