Available in 2 sink rate options the Range Hunter jigs feature many unique qualities. Designed with a small profile which is ideal for smaller or finicky squid they have the B-Type have the ability to sink at the same speed as much larger jigs. This is particularly useful if small squid are holding in deep water or there is a strong current. The new Natural colours expand the colours available to 13. 2.2S (6.5g 7.0-9.0 sec. falling 1m) 2.2B (8.0g 2.2-2.7 sec. falling 1m) Sink Rates: S-Type = slow sinking, ideal for shallow areas or when the squid are shut down and not reacting to a fast sinking jig. (a blue eye is their distinguishing feature) B-Type = basic/fast sinking, this is a unique feature for a jig of this size. The range hunter 1.8B has a sink rate of 3.0 to 3.5 seconds per meter, this is the same sink rate of a 3.5 size squid jig. This fast sink rate allows you to fish deeper water with a small profile jig, this is particularly useful when there are either small squid holding in deeper water or when the squid are not interested in a large profile squid jig. (a black eye is their distinguishing feature) The Range Hunter jigs are available in 13 colours with 3 full glow bodies, 3 natural cloths and 7 clear bodies. The clear body jigs are fitted with a center foil which has a strong flash reflection in bright conditions. They all have a glow belly, making them suitable for low light or night fishing. Fitted with an original design stainless curved super fine spikes/hooks.
